Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team at Sirius Facilities. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and control of all facility management activities in the Central 1 region in Germany.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of business parks and properties, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Lead a team of operations managers, technical operations managers, and property managers, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure successful delivery of projects and tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in facility management, real estate, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in facility management software and systems.
