What to Expect:
- You will take charge of developing dicing and thin-film processes for SiC, along with managing project-related tasks.
- Your responsibilities will include leading the manufacturing process development for SiC power components, ensuring efficient solutions to quality challenges and seamless operations during ramp-up, pre-production, and production stages.
- Monitoring and tracking engineering processes will be essential, along with deriving suitable corrective actions. This will involve analyzing and summarizing process data from engineering batches and addressing pertinent technical issues.
- You will gain expertise in reliability requirements, assessments, and testing methodologies relevant to your domain.
- Your daily focus will be on enhancing product yield and addressing significant challenges.
What You Bring:
- A degree in semiconductor physics, microelectronics, materials science, chemistry, or a related field within the semiconductor sector.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the initiation or advancement of dicing and thin-film processes for semiconductors.
- Hands-on experience in the introduction or production of SiC products in fabrication facilities is essential.
- Proficiency in measurement techniques and methods for evaluating materials and process outcomes.
- Familiarity with the SiC process flow, manufacturing procedures, and characterization techniques, along with extensive knowledge in semiconductor material processing, particularly in power component development.
- Solid understanding of mass production in semiconductor technology is beneficial.
- Your proactive approach and adaptability to intercultural work environments will facilitate your integration into new settings.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English are required; knowledge of German and/or Chinese is a plus.
- Willingness to undertake international business trips or delegations is a valuable asset.
