Position: HR Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the complete employee lifecycle from recruitment to separation
  • Maintaining accurate personnel files and overseeing HR documentation
  • Administering monthly payroll processes
  • Addressing employee queries and providing support to management

Qualifications:

  • Completion of a degree in a business-related field
  • Proven experience in human resources and payroll management
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
  • Capability to work autonomously and with accountability
  • Willingness to travel as required within the area
