Position: HR Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the complete employee lifecycle from recruitment to separation
- Maintaining accurate personnel files and overseeing HR documentation
- Administering monthly payroll processes
- Addressing employee queries and providing support to management
Qualifications:
- Completion of a degree in a business-related field
- Proven experience in human resources and payroll management
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
- Capability to work autonomously and with accountability
- Willingness to travel as required within the area
