Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee monthly payroll operations utilizing SAP software
  • Track employee attendance, sick leave, and vacation balances
  • Prepare and manage all necessary payroll documentation and reports
  • Assist with retirement and insurance planning
  • Prepare documentation for audits
  • Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities
  • Support HR planning and workforce forecasting
  • Engage with staff and management regarding payroll inquiries
  • Collaborate with regulatory bodies and external organizations
  • Create and implement SAP reporting solutions
  • Work alongside IT for system improvements
Required Qualifications
  • Education in business administration or a related discipline
  • In-depth understanding of payroll systems and applicable regulations
  • Proficiency in SAP and time management software
  • Experience in the manufacturing sector is advantageous
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Technologically adept and receptive to digital advancements
