Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in the execution of business growth initiatives by maintaining internal reporting standards, overseeing project implementation, and providing regular updates to the European Branch and UPI Headquarters. Engage in business development activities based on operational needs and individual strengths.

2. Enhance the acceptance of UPI cards within the DACH region through merchant engagement, trial transactions, and the installation of UnionPay promotional materials.

3. Collaborate with key UnionPay merchants to launch and execute marketing initiatives aimed at increasing card usage and transaction volumes. Organize local sponsorships, branding events, or advertising campaigns to bolster business development efforts in the DACH markets. Analyze project outcomes based on transaction data and customer engagement metrics.

4. Manage daily operations of the Frankfurt office and undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Skills

1. A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field;

2. Ideally, 1-2 years of experience in business development within the local markets of Germany, Switzerland, and Austria; exceptional recent graduates may also be considered.

3. Strong analytical and interpersonal abilities.

4. Self-motivated and driven to achieve results.

5. Proficiency in German and Chinese is essential, with English language skills being an advantage.
