Job Title: On-Board Courier Broker

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized On-Board Courier Broker to join our growing team in Cologne. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for evaluating customer business needs and logistics/courier requirements, and developing effective plans to meet these needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare time-critical quotations for incoming requests, ensuring timely offers with detailed and accurate information are provided to clients.
  • Allocate couriers to pending orders for worldwide requests and book their travel arrangements.
  • Liaise, direct, and provide clear instructions to couriers and their assignments, modifying assignments as necessary to meet global customer needs.
  • Monitor and track ongoing shipments to ensure high-quality service delivery to customers and meet company expectations.
  • SOURCE, SELECT, AND NEGOTIATE WITH EXTERNAL SUPPLIERS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS, RESPONSIBLE FOR DETERMINING AND DELIVERING APPROPRIATE TRAINING IF NECESSARY TO MEET COMPANY REQUIREMENTS.
  • Debtor and Creditor invoicing and order settlement.
