Key Responsibilities:- Prepare time-critical quotations for incoming requests, ensuring timely offers with detailed and accurate information are provided to clients.
- Allocate couriers to pending orders for worldwide requests and book their travel arrangements.
- Liaise, direct, and provide clear instructions and information to couriers and their assignments, modifying assignments as necessary to meet global customer needs.
