**Bakery Sales Assistant Opportunity at REWE**

As a Bakery Sales Assistant at REWE, you will be responsible for:

• Presenting products in an appealing way and providing knowledgeable advice to customers to drive sales and customer satisfaction
• Ensuring excellent product presentation, freshness, and cleanliness to maintain a high level of quality and customer trust
• Handling bakery items and preparing hot foods with care to meet customer expectations and maintain a safe working environment
• Implementing strategies to attract and persuade customers to make purchases, driving sales growth and customer loyalty
• Stocking shelves and accurately pricing items to maintain a well-organized and efficient store environment
• Checking incoming products for quality and completeness to ensure accurate inventory management and minimize waste

**What We're Looking For in You:**

• A background in bakery sales or retail, with a strong passion for the industry and a desire to learn and grow
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide exceptional customer experiences
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management
• A willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures, with a flexible attitude and ability to work varying hours
