**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Department Manager to join our team at REWE Lieferservice. As a key member of our delivery service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Logistics Process Management: Oversee the entire logistics process, from incoming goods to warehouse management and inventory control.
  • Staff Management: Lead and manage a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of logistics tasks.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory records, managing stock levels and optimizing inventory turnover.
  • Returns and Disposition: Develop and implement effective returns and disposition processes, minimizing losses and maximizing customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Commercial Education: A degree in a relevant field, such as logistics, supply chain management, or business administration.
  • Logistics Expertise: Proven experience in logistics, with a strong understanding of logistics processes and procedures.
  • Staff Management: Experience in managing a team of logistics professionals, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Customer-Oriented Mindset: A customer-focused approach, with a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
