Ihre Aufgaben
Als Senior Fund Controller werden Sie für die Durchführung von Finanzanalysen zur Bewertung der finanziellen Performance von Immobilienportfolien in der DACH-Region verantwortlich sein. Sie werden Einnahmen, Ausgaben, Cashflow, Liquidität und andere finanzielle Kennzahlen überwachen und regelmäßige Finanzberichte sowie Ad-hoc Analysen für interne und externe Stakeholder erstellen.
