German Customer Support Specialist for Transportation Industry Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled German-speaking customer support specialist to join our team at Teleperformance Greece. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their queries are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to trucks and buses in a professional and timely manner.
- Support customers with truck breakdowns by creating cases in our CRM system and collaborating with dealers, technicians, or third-party providers as needed.
- De-escalate customer concerns and provide solutions within set parameters or refer to additional resources as necessary.
- Answer customer questions about service, technical, and product matters, as well as general corporate information.
- Strive for client retention and loyalty by providing a positive response to customer inquiries.
- Maintain a customer relationship database and follow up on customer contacts.
- Excellent command of German language.
- Good communication skills in English.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A basic understanding of automotive roadside assistance procedures.
- Work experience with knowledge management systems and information research.
- Professional expertise with ticketing and roadside assistance is preferred.
- Previous experience working in a contact center or managing mail is preferred.
