What you'll do
- You define, document, and optimize our business processes, ensuring that they are efficient, effective, and scalable
- You lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and optimize IT operations
- You develop and implement IT processes and standards as well as their process-related documentation in the area of IT service management such as change management, incident management, problem management
- As IT Senior Process Manager you establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and measure the effectiveness of IT processes
- You train and support team members on new and updated processes, ensuring that they have the necessary knowledge and resources to execute their tasks effectively
- You serve as a subject matter expert for IT process management, ITIL, Agile, or other process frameworks
What you bring
- 5+ years of experience in (IT) process management or a related field
- Deep knowledge of business process management methodologies, tools, and techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex process-related issues
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with process modeling and documentation tools, such as Visio, Adonis, SAP Signavio or Lucidchart
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent German and English language skills
