Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage customer relationships, building trust and loyalty through effective communication and follow-up
  • Collaborate with our sales team to promote our services and identify new business opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback, making recommendations for process improvements

Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
