Job Title: Department Manager M/F – Berlin KaDeWe

Moncler is seeking a highly skilled Department Manager to join its team at Berlin KaDeWe. As a key member of the store management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, providing exceptional customer service, and managing store operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the Moncler Sales and Service standards are consistently embodied
  • Lead by example and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Proactively recruit, interview, and hire a team that will drive store sales and deliver an elevated level of service
  • Drive store sales and productivity through key KPI management
  • Responsible for daily operations, ensuring efficiency and protection of company assets
  • Analyze reports and work closely with Regional partners to strategically drive and grow business
  • Effectively coach and ensure all store staff complies with company initiatives
  • Develop team to ensure individual growth, employee engagement, and career paths for future leaders
  • Support Company Policies and Procedures
  • Understand and proactively respond to the competitive environment, trends, and identify future business opportunities
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years Retail Management experience
  • Prior experience in luxury retail
  • Rewarded in team management, recruitment, and development
  • Fluency & sophistication in German, proficiency in English, while another language is a plus
  • Proven track record of successful sales generation, building clientele, and employee development and relations
  • Proficient computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Ability to communicate with co-workers and customers alike
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to read and analyze sales reports and perform fundamental calculations
