At Sweco, we're seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our energy technology projects. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for overseeing complex projects, ensuring they're completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver energy technology projects
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal impact on project outcomes

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in energy technology
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project
