As a Customer Relations Representative, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and international working environment that is characterized by the diverse cultures of our employees who achieve great things together every day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive customer service and feedback to inquiries within promised response times.
- Handle and resolve inquiries in a professional manner following established policies in different languages.
- Work independently while having a strong team ethos with a can-do approach.
- Understand the policies and customers' needs of the markets you support, and be able to adapt these to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Experience in a customer-facing role would be an advantage – virtual or in-person.
- High motivation and engagement.
- You speak French at a native level and possess fluent verbal and written skills in English.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Resilience against stress and great teamworking skills.
- Reliability and a strong Can-Do-Attitude.
- You have basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Working knowledge of Zendesk or Salesforce Service Cloud is desirable.
