We are currently in search of a

Sales Associate for Repair Services (m/f/d)

within our BackOffice team.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries and service technician reports as part of our dedicated repair sales team.
  • Generate repair quotations and ensure their successful completion.
  • Evaluate spare part requests for procurement and suggest technical alternatives when necessary.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer technical inquiries via email or phone.
  • Collaborate closely with our service technicians and area managers as a liaison.

Your Profile

  • Completed technical and/or commercial training with a solid grasp of technology.
  • Several years of experience in a comparable sales role.
  • Proficient in utilizing computer systems (MS Office and CRM software).
  • Independent, organized, and customer-focused work approach.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with clients and suppliers.
  • Enjoy collaborating within a team to achieve objectives and enhance our service offerings.
