We are currently in search of a
Sales Associate for Repair Services (m/f/d)
to join our BackOffice team.
Your Responsibilities
- Address customer inquiries and service technician reports as part of our dedicated repair sales team.
- Prepare repair quotations and ensure their completion.
- Evaluate spare part requests for procurement and suggest technical alternatives when necessary.
- Serve as the primary contact for customer technical inquiries via email or phone.
- Collaborate closely with our service technicians and area managers as a liaison.
Your Profile
- Completed technical and/or commercial training with a solid grasp of technology.
- Several years of experience in a comparable sales role.
- Proficient in utilizing computer systems (MS Office and CRM software).
- Independent, organized, and customer-focused work ethic.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with customers and suppliers.
- Enjoy working collaboratively in a team to achieve objectives and enhance our service offerings.
