We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in the Inbound department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support without sales responsibilities.

About the Role:

  • Handle incoming calls regarding car insurance matters, focusing on customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Address customer concerns, such as tariff changes, vehicle changes, calculation of quotes, or contract extensions, ensuring accurate and efficient resolution.
  • Update and align customer data to ensure seamless customer experience.
