Key Responsibilities

As a Cloud Solutions Architect at beON consult, you will guide our clients through their digital transformation journey, providing expert advice on the effective utilization of cloud technologies. Your role will involve designing and architecting cloud infrastructures that align with our clients' strategic business objectives.

  • You will create scalable and high-performance cloud solutions tailored to various deployment models.
  • You will identify and recommend the most suitable cloud services, technologies, and providers for our clients.
  • You will assist in the implementation and configuration of cloud systems, as well as the migration of existing applications, ensuring adherence to the designed architectural frameworks.
  • You will enforce security protocols, access controls, and encryption measures to safeguard the cloud infrastructure.
  • You will promote automation practices to facilitate seamless provisioning, scaling, and maintenance of cloud resources.
  • You will develop comprehensive architecture documentation to provide clarity on the cloud infrastructure.
  • You will collaborate across various projects with development, operations, and security teams to ensure the cloud infrastructure meets the diverse needs of all stakeholders.
  • You will continuously assess emerging cloud technologies and best practices to keep the infrastructure aligned with evolving business demands.

Qualifications

  • Proven professional experience in cloud architecture.
  • Extensive knowledge of cloud computing concepts (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) and deployment models (public, private, hybrid).
  • In-depth expertise in leading cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Ability to design intricate system architectures and effectively communicate architectural decisions to various stakeholders.
  • Experience in advising clients on cloud service models, migration strategies, and support frameworks.
  • Background in designing and establishing network infrastructures, including data flow, subnets, VLANs, firewalls, and routing.
  • Competence in evaluating processor and GPU performance to allocate resources based on workload requirements.
  • Familiarity with storage infrastructure design, database management, and data handling (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Oracle Database).
  • Understanding of network protocols such as TCP/IP.
  • Practical knowledge of security principles related to malware protection and data encryption standards.
  • Experience with server virtualization using various hypervisors like VMware ESXI, Hyper-V, and XenServer.
  • Knowledge of managing large data center infrastructures and familiarity with network components.
  • Proficiency in development, particularly with current programming languages and cloud frameworks.
  • Strong communication skills to produce clear and comprehensible documentation for diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, DevSecOps, SysOps, CI/CD practices, and code repository technologies.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration tools, as well as automation technologies.
  • Understanding of InfoSec controls and security measures.
