Join Our Team as a PLM Engagement Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a PLM Engagement Manager. As a key member of our Industrial Machinery team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and customer success in the digitalization of industrial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and customer satisfaction in the industrial machinery sector.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, pre-sales, and service management, to deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to drive digital transformation.
  • Work closely with our sales and pre-sales teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance customer skills and knowledge in digital enterprise solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of our service portfolio, identifying new opportunities and improving existing offerings.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, computer science, or business administration.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the industrial machinery sector, with a focus on digitalization and customer success.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions.
  • Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
