Job Description

As a Sales PreMaster for Key Accounts at Bosch, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Key Account Management team in the negotiations and sales of electrical motors to automotive customers.

  • Support the negotiation and sales of electrical motors to automotive customers, working closely with the Key Account Management team.
  • Prepare and moderate global coordination meetings and workshops to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create global reports for leadership, providing valuable insights and analysis.
  • Organize and participate in initiatives to strengthen sales excellence, driving business growth and improvement.
  • Lead special projects for the management of the EM division, leveraging your analytical and structured approach.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration with very good/excellent results.
  • Personality: Analytical and structured way of working, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Experience: First practical experience, such as internships in consulting and/or industry, with intercultural experience desirable.
  • Willingness to make occasional business trips.
  • Language proficiency: Fluent English is a must, German desirable.
