Sales Excellence Specialist for Tier Customers

Robert Bosch GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Sales Excellence Specialist to support our Key Account Management team in the negotiations and sales of electrical motors to automotive customers.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration, with excellent analytical and structured working skills. Experience in consulting and/or industry, as well as intercultural experience, is highly desirable.
The role involves preparing and moderating global coordination meetings & workshops, collaborating with stakeholders to create global reports for leadership, and organizing initiatives to strengthen sales excellence.
The successful candidate will have a willingness to make occasional business trips and possess fluent English language skills, with German being a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Key Account Management in negotiations and sales of electrical motors
- Prepare and moderate global coordination meetings & workshops
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create global reports
- Organize initiatives to strengthen sales excellence
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration
- Analytical and structured working skills
- Experience in consulting and/or industry
- Intercultural experience desirable
- Fluent English language skills
- German a plus
Additional Information:
