Your Role

As a working student in our software engineering division, you will collaborate within a diverse team that includes frontend and backend developers, product managers, and UX/UI designers. Your contributions will be vital in establishing a self-sufficient tech team that is accountable for developing, deploying, and managing innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, assess, implement, and launch software solutions for our primary B2B offerings.
  • Support the maintenance of a critical business application.
  • Encourage a culture of innovation driven by experimentation within the team.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction by consistently minimizing technical debt and elevating software quality.
  • Engage with stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional team members to advance our B2B solutions.
Your Qualifications
  • You are currently enrolled in a university program and can dedicate 20 hours per week.
  • Your studies focus on Computer Science or a related field.
  • You possess initial experience with one or more programming languages such as TypeScript, React, Ruby, or other significant web technologies.
  • You demonstrate effective communication skills for interaction with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • You exhibit a proactive mindset and value enjoyment in your work and team interactions.
  • You have proficient written and spoken skills in both German and English (C1/C2).
