Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team at Hitachi Zosen Inova AG. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site activities, ensuring the safe and efficient execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage site teams to achieve project objectives
  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) requirements
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and contractors to plan and execute work
  • Prepare and review site progress reports and supplier reports
  • Identify and mitigate potential delays and ensure timely completion of projects
  • Maintain accurate site records and reports
  • Ensure work is carried out in accordance with contracts and within budget and time requirements
  • Manage supervisory functions within the project team and review project progress
Requirements
  • Experience in managing site teams and service activities
  • Knowledge of HSEQ management and relevant legislation
  • Site Manager Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) or equivalent
  • Valid Safety Contractors Certificate (SCC), Safepass (ROI), CSCS, or CCNSG card or equivalent
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft suite applications and ERP systems
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
