Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our Cloud team as a Cloud Solutions Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for administering our UCC Cloud solution, providing PreSales support, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer our UCC Cloud solution, ensuring seamless operation and optimal performance.
  • Provide PreSales support to customers, answering technical questions and demonstrating our solutions.
  • Deliver 1st and 2nd level support to customers, resolving technical issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with our Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong technical skills, with a passion for technology and a hands-on approach.
  • Proficiency in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Sporadic travel may be required, and a valid driver's license is necessary.
