Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cloud Solutions Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Cloud team, you will be responsible for administering our Unified Communications and Collaboration (UCC) cloud solution, providing pre-sales support, and handling first- and second-level support for service requests.
Key Responsibilities- Administer our UCC Cloud solution, ensuring seamless operation and optimal performance.
- Provide pre-sales support to customers, answering questions and demonstrating the capabilities of our UCC solution.
- Handle first- and second-level support for service requests, working closely with our sales and marketing teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with our product manager to ensure effective ticket escalation and resolution.
- Strong technical skills and ability to quickly learn new technologies.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
- Sporadic travel may be required, and a valid driver's license is necessary.
