Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solution Architect to join our team at Digital Trans4ormation s.r.o. as a Cloud Readiness Project Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading cloud-based groupware solutions and ensuring their successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cloud Solution Design: Define software and data architectures that satisfy project requirements, including user interface design and solution implementation models.
- Cloud Cost Optimization: Carry out cloud cost optimization reviews and design secure, scalable, and efficient cloud solutions.
- Project Management: Manage project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and budgets using tools like MS Project, MS SharePoint, and Atlassian Jira.
- Stakeholder Management: Perform stakeholder management, including conflict resolution and communication/reporting to executive and business levels.
- Technical Documentation: Produce technical documentation, such as solution designs, data modeling, and development/support guides.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with technical teams, including system administrators, testers, and support staff, to understand and incorporate their requirements.
- Presentations: Prepare and deliver formal presentations to relevant stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project status and technical solutions.
Qualification Requirements:
- Cloud Expertise: Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking technologies, cloud concepts, and security in the cloud.
- Programming Skills: Understanding of programming or scripting languages, with experience in cost-optimized cloud solutions.
- Project Management Tools: Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, MS SharePoint).
- Administrative Skills: Strong administrative and organizational skills, with experience in managing project documentation and reporting.
Experience Requirements:
- Cloud Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Cloud Solution Architect.
- Project Planning: Experience in project planning, execution, and control, particularly in IT and groupware projects.
Ideal Skills and Tools:
- M365: Experience with Microsoft 365.
- AWS and Azure: Experience with Amazon Web Services and Azure/Entra.
- Jira: Experience with Atlassian Jira.
Education and Certifications:
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in (Business) Informatics, IT, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience (minimum 6 years) in IT.
- Certifications: Certification in Azure/AWS is desirable. Certification in Project Management is also desirable.
