Job Summary
The Universität Hamburg is seeking a highly motivated Research Associate to join its Department of Evolutionary Immunogenomics. As a PhD candidate, you will have the opportunity to pursue doctoral studies in full-time with the goal of obtaining a doctoral degree in natural sciences.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research in the field of immunogenetics and evolutionary genetics
- Teach and assist in courses taught by the department
- Pursue further academic qualifications, including a doctoral dissertation
- Develop and implement research projects under the guidance of a mentor
Requirements
- University degree in a relevant field
- Solid background in biology, especially molecular biology/genetics
- Good understanding of and strong interest in evolutionary biology
- Fluency in English
