Job Title: Strategic Project Portfolio Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Project Portfolio Manager to join our team at La Fosse. As a key member of our Global Supply Chain Strategy function, you will be responsible for optimizing and managing our entire project portfolio, aligning initiatives with our overarching business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Governance & Optimization: Implement and streamline processes for project selection, prioritization, and resource allocation, ensuring compliance with legal standards and company policies.
  • Strategic Project Management: Develop and maintain the project portfolio roadmap, proactively identifying opportunities for optimization, assessing risks, and driving initiatives that enhance overall effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Engage & Communicate: Build strong relationships with organisational stakeholders, providing regular updates on portfolio status, milestones, and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field. An advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, MoP) is a plus.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in project portfolio management, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies and a track record of managing large-scale portfolios within complex environments, ideally in the FMCG or related industry.
  • Skills: Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to consolidate complex information and make data-driven decisions with confidence. Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Leadership: Leadership is your forte – you inspire and motivate teams, driving accountability and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in portfolio and project management tools (e.g., Planview, Microsoft Project), and advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
