Project Portfolio ManagerWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Portfolio Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the future of project management within our organization.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective strategies for managing project portfolios.
- Refine existing project management standards and best practices.
- Create engaging training programs and deliver impactful workshops to enhance project management skills within the company.
- Establish a centralized knowledge base and standardize project processes across all departments.
- Monitor project performance, ensuring adherence to cost, delivery, and quality targets.
- Continuously evaluate and improve work processes, implementing innovative solutions for greater efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management within a dynamic environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Lean and process management methodologies, along with proficiency in MS Office Suite, Jira, and SAP.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both German and English.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes.
