About the Opportunity
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist with a specialization in Hematology/Oncology to join our client Lilly. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of a leading pharmaceutical company while making a difference in the lives of patients.
Your Responsibilities:- Engage in sales discussions with specialized healthcare professionals in medical practices, clinics, and pharmacies utilizing various communication channels, including digital platforms.
- Implement and execute sales and marketing strategies for the assigned business unit.
- Develop and implement territory action plans, optimize contact routes, and manage event logistics.
- Organize and conduct training events for specialized healthcare professionals, incorporating both in-person and digital formats.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Oncology and/or Hematology principles.
- A science background (ideally a university degree) or a Certified Pharmaceutical Representative qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of proven success as a Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist.
- Extensive experience interacting with medical practices and clinics.
- Strong sales drive and exceptional sales skills.
- Proven ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
- A responsible, independent, and ethical approach to work.
- Commitment to value-based selling and responsiveness to customer needs.
- Proficiency in digital IT skills and a customer-centric approach to communication channels.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Valid driver's license.
