Rolle als Produktmanager für neue HRAM-Technologie
In der Position des Produktmanagers für die „Neue HRAM-Technologie“ im Bereich der Massenspektrometrie für Lebenswissenschaften bei Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. haben Sie die einzigartige Gelegenheit, die Zukunft unseres marktführenden Produktportfolios zu gestalten. In dieser Rolle arbeiten Sie eng mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams, einschließlich F&E und vertikaler Vermarktung, zusammen, um Produktstrategien zu entwickeln und umzusetzen, die den Kundenbedürfnissen entsprechen und die Nachfrage steigern.

Ein typischer Arbeitstag:
  • Erfassung von Kundenstimmen und Wettbewerbsanalysen zur Definition von Produktentwicklungsmöglichkeiten.
  • Auswahl von Produktmerkmalen und Entwicklung von Wertversprechen, die vor der Markteinführung mit Kunden validiert werden.
  • Leitung des Prozesses zur Neuproduktentwicklung und -einführung (NPDI), um einen erfolgreichen Markteintritt und die Kommerzialisierung sicherzustellen.
  • Durchführung technischer Präsentationen für die Vertriebsorganisation und wichtige Kunden.
  • Verwaltung des gesamten Produktlebenszyklus, von der Konzeption bis zum Ende der Lebensdauer.
  • Definition der globalen Marktsegmentierung und Positionierungsstrategie für das Produktportfolio.
  • Entwicklung finanzieller Modelle und Erstellung von Analysen zur effektiven Verwaltung von Gewinn und Verlust für die Produktlinie.
Schlüssel zum Erfolg:
Ausbildung
  • Ein Masterabschluss in Chemie, Biowissenschaften, Physik, Ingenieurwesen oder einem für die Position relevanten Bereich von einer akkreditierten Institution ist erforderlich. Gleichwertige Erfahrungen werden ebenfalls berücksichtigt.
  • Fortgeschrittene Abschlüsse in Betriebswirtschaft, Wissenschaft oder Marketing sind von Vorteil.
Erfahrung
  • Einige Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Lebenswissenschaften, massenspektrometriebasierten Proteomik und/oder analytischen Instrumenten wie Massenspektrometrie.
  • Vorherige Erfahrung im Produktmanagement ist von Vorteil.
  • Praktische Erfahrung im Anforderungsmanagement ist ein Plus.

  • Hervorragende Projektmanagementfähigkeiten zur effizienten Umsetzung von Produktstrategien.
