We are seeking a highly skilled Product Strategist to join our team at Univention. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of our product strategy for UCS (Univention Corporate Server).

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product and its market position
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
• Drive product development and prioritize features based on business needs and customer feedback
• Ensure timely and transparent communication with stakeholders, including product managers, development teams, and internal stakeholders
• Provide clear direction and guidance to development teams to ensure efficient and effective delivery

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a software development company, preferably in the open-source sector
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to understand complex software products
• Experience with classical and agile project management methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken

• A competitive salary range of €50,000 - €80,000
