About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bid and Project Director to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of proposals and projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project management strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead a team of bid and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project and portfolio management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, with German or French being an asset.
