About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Integrated Service Readiness Lead to join our team in Hennigsdorf. As a key member of our Integrated Services Readiness Team, you will be responsible for managing the ISR resources for bids and projects, ensuring the delivery of Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) commitments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage ISR resources for bids and projects, including LCC, Logistic Support Analysis (LSA), and maintenance documentation.
  • Develop and implement ISR Management Plans.
  • Manage LSA activities to ensure QCD commitments are met.
  • Coordinate with project management and represent the team in customer discussions.
  • Organize ISR Design Reviews and ensure technical interfaces with RS, Components, Signaling, and Infra teams.
  • Ensure Design for Serviceability (DFS) is correctly applied and Return of Experience (REX) is collected and considered.
  • Manage the definition of Logistic Breakdown Structure (LBS) and ensure compliance between Spare Part consumption models and maintenance strategies.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management in Integrated Logistic Support (ILS)/LCC in related industries.
  • Mechanical or electrical engineering master's degree.
  • Good German and English language skills, with business and technical verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to work in interdisciplinary project teams and think out of the box.
