Das "IM Change & Communication Management" begleitet verschiedene IT- und Digitalisierungs-Projekte in internationalem Kontext. Die Abteilung stellt einen rechtzeitigen und professionellen Dialog zwischen den verschiedenen Interessengruppen sicher und nutzt sowohl online als auch offline Kanäle, um alle Stakeholder zielgerichtet zu erreichen.

Your Tasks

• Verfassen von Infomails für die Mitarbeitenden
• Unterstützung bei der Organisation von Events
• Unterstützung bei der Aufbereitung von Präsentationen für den CIO
• ggf. eigenständige Begleitung von einzelnen IProjekten

Your Profile

• Eingeschriebene*r Student*in im Bereich Medien- und Kommunikationswissenschaften, Journalismus oder vergleichbar
• Starke Kommunikations-Skills und die Fähigkeit, Reichweite zu erzeugen
• Hohe Social Media Affinität
• "unkonventionelles" Denken
• "Getting-Things-Done Mentalität"
• Kenntnisse bei der Videoerstellung / -bearbeitung und Grafikdesign-Tools von Vorteil
