Position Overview

In the Customer Project Management division, you will engage directly with Cinemo's clientele to effectively implement our various CORE and CARS offerings on their Android and other automotive systems. As a Customer Support Engineer / Project Leader, you will be involved throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that Cinemo meets customer project expectations regarding scope, timeline, and quality, while proactively interacting with clients. You will provide technical assistance to customers encountering challenges with our products in their specific environments. This position requires a dynamic and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced and evolving atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage small-scale customer projects and contribute to larger initiatives throughout the project lifecycle, which includes planning, scheduling, resource allocation, scope management, risk assessment, and change management.
Proactively identify, prioritize, and facilitate the resolution of project and customer-related issues. Plan, oversee, and test customer releases. Deliver first-line technical support to customers, analyzing and resolving issues using customer and reference hardware. Act as a technical liaison between our clients and internal teams to articulate their requirements during the project phase.
Possess a comprehensive technical understanding of our products, enabling you to independently address customer technical inquiries. Enhance our online knowledge repository with solutions to functional and technical questions, assisting customers in maximizing their use of our products and aiding internal team members in expanding their expertise.

Qualifications for Success:

College, Bachelor's, or University degree Familiarity with software engineering processes and complex technical challenges Extensive experience in an engineering role Experience in managing small-scale projects Strong proficiency in C++, Kotlin, and Java programming languages Solid knowledge and experience with Android Familiarity with online services Experience in the automotive industry is advantageous Interest in next-generation multimedia technologies Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working with minimal supervision. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders. Highly organized with a keen attention to detail Proficiency in English Enjoys working in a multicultural, diverse, and inclusive environment while upholding Cinemo's values of Respect, Innovation, Reliability, and Speed.
