Facility Management Specialist for Airport City Real Estate

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Facility Management Specialist focused on the Airport City Real Estate sector, available for both full-time and part-time roles (minimum 30 hours per week). This position is pivotal in managing the ownership responsibilities for Airport City properties and overseeing real estate development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Facility Management: Formulate and implement maintenance and FM service strategies, alongside budget planning and resource allocation.
- Development Process Oversight: Ensure operational accountability and maintenance during the property development phases.
- Cost Optimization: Identify and propose measures for cost efficiency while integrating sustainability practices.
- Main Contact Point: Serve as the primary liaison for both internal and external Facility Management service providers.
- Guidance Provision: Offer expert advice to portfolio managers and developers throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in Real Estate Management and Facility Management Control.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, complemented by strong teamwork skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP/R3 software.
- Fluency in both German and English, with the ability to access secure areas.
