Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Administrator to join our internal IT team. As an IT Administrator, you will be responsible for the installation, operation, and maintenance of our heterogeneous IT infrastructure, including local components and cloud services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, operate, and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, clients, and cloud services.
  • Provide technical support and assistance to our internal teams and employees.
  • Improve our existing support processes and procedures.
  • Participate in the conception and implementation of IT projects and the introduction of new systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and advice to project teams on IT solutions for specific business areas.
Requirements
  • Completed technical education or degree.
  • Several years of experience in the described field of work.
  • Practical experience in building and operating complex IT infrastructures in the Windows environment.
  • Experience and knowledge in network operation.
  • Good knowledge in several of the following areas: Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, software distribution, Microsoft 365, backup, and/or Microsoft Azure.
  • Desirable, but not mandatory, are knowledge of ITIL.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and methods and to implement them practically.
  • Team and communication skills, as well as a customer-oriented, structured, and independent way of working.
  • Fluent German (at least C1) and English language skills.
