- You will provide comprehensive technical expertise to mentor and support the personal and career development of PMO and project controls team members.
- You will integrate project controls with PMO and planning disciplines.
- You will assist the HUB PMO and project controls director with resource allocation and recruitment for your assigned projects.
- You will work collaboratively towards achieving net-zero carbon transition goals and share responsibility for identifying and managing associated carbon emissions and reductions during project delivery.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in leading PMO and project controls for complex construction projects.
- Experience in establishing effective PMO and project controls services, audit, and assurance frameworks/strategies.
- Comprehensive knowledge of risk management tools, techniques, and software (e.g., MS Office, Power BI, Aconex, Primavera P6, and RiskHive).
- Ability to manage activities with significant uncertainty regarding solutions or outcomes.
- Strong understanding of construction projects, dependencies, and interfaces within the project lifecycle and management consultancy.
- Deep domain knowledge in providing PMO and project controls leadership across various sectors (e.g., rail, highways, nuclear, public sector, hospitals).
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
- Ability to collaborate with and influence others.
- Proven ability to communicate complex information and ideas to a non-technical audience.
