Key Responsibilities:

As a member of the strategy & portfolio team for Europe & RoW markets team, this position will play a crucial role in building the portfolio pipeline and driving profitable growth in generics portfolio.

Your Key Assignments:

  • Develop strategic proposals for future pipeline products as well as product life cycle management initiatives to ensure a robust generics pipeline.
  • Translate the company's long-term strategy into mid-term activity plans and drive realization.
  • Be responsible for portfolio management – identification, recommendation, managing the New Project Approval (NPA) process, monitoring & supporting the development phase, timely regulatory submissions for successful commercialization and life cycle management of key products in coordination with cross-functional teams.
  • Identify new in-licensing opportunities with support of the business development team and evaluate them as an input in Fresenius Kabi's decision process.
  • Provide strategic marketing support including marketing materials, launch kits, and product training.
  • Be responsible for performing the following tasks related to assigned European and RoW markets: portfolio gap fill review/analysis and identify opportunities, new product ideas (patent expiry, gap analysis, external offers, etc.), product life cycle management initiatives, geographical portfolio rollout projects.

Your Profile:

  • A Master's Degree (MBA or equivalent) and/or a pharmaceutical/medical degree is required.
  • You bring at least 5 years of work experience in generics portfolio management within an international matrix-driven organization in the healthcare industry.
  • You have ideally in addition minimum of 3 years of commercial experience preferably with P&L responsibility and/or a sales/marketing function in key EU markets.
  • You have strong business and commercial acumen and a good understanding of key therapeutic areas.
  • You have excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • You are a strong team player.
  • You are solution-oriented with balancing strategic thinking and strong execution sense.
  • You bring advanced Excel knowledge.
  • You are well-organized while being reactive and having a sense of urgency.
