Ihre Aufgaben
  • Mitwirkung bei der Implementierung und Überwachung interner Richtlinien und Verfahren zur Sicherstellung der Einhaltung regulatorischer und interner Compliance-Vorgaben.
  • Vertiefung in berufsrechtliche Regularien und langfristige Unterstützung unserer Berufsträger:innen als Ansprechpartner:in.
  • Aufbereitung von Compliance-Themen sowie eigenständige Beantwortung interner Compliance-relevanter Anfragen.
  • Aktive Informationsbeschaffung über neue regulatorische Entwicklungen und regelmäßige Updates für unsere Berufsträger:innen durch interne Newsletter.
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Schulungen im Bereich Compliance.
  • Unterstützung des Bereichs Risk & Compliance bei der Umsetzung weiterer Compliance-Vorgaben.
Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes juristisches Studium (Wirtschafts- oder Volljurist:in).
  • Relevante Berufserfahrung und Kenntnisse im anwaltlichen Berufsrecht und/oder Compliance.
  • Fundiertes Verständnis von rechtlichen und Compliance-Prozessen.
  • Fähigkeit, sorgfältig, strukturiert und eigenverantwortlich zu arbeiten sowie professionell zu kommunizieren.
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse.
  • Teamfähigkeit und die Fähigkeit, selbstständig zu arbeiten.
