About Lepaya

Lepaya is on the lookout for a driven Strategic Account Executive who possesses a strong aptitude for both acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the complete lifecycle of client engagement, focusing on securing large enterprise accounts and leveraging your strategic insights to foster growth and capitalize on significant business opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include scoping projects, translating them into actionable milestones, and crafting strategic plans that yield measurable outcomes. Your dual capability to pursue new business opportunities while maintaining and enhancing relationships with enterprise clients will be crucial for your success.

Key Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years in a strategic sales position, with a proven track record of engaging high-level stakeholders such as CHROs, CEOs, and Heads of HR or L&D, ideally within consultancy or finance sectors.
  • Strong interest in the learning and development landscape.
  • Proficiency in English and German.
  • Located in Germany, preferably in proximity to one of our offices.
  • Experience managing complex solutions and navigating extended sales cycles, often involving cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to operate independently and make strategic decisions that positively influence business outcomes.
  • Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comprehensive understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and customer requirements.
  • Results-oriented with a commitment to achieving revenue goals and strategic targets.
Your Expected Contributions
  • Generate up to 1M EUR in new bookings for impactful upskilling solutions at new and existing clients with over 2,500 employees across Western Europe.
  • Establish and track performance metrics for your designated territory.
  • Allocate your time effectively, dedicating 80% to acquiring new business and 20% to managing existing accounts, with a focus on identifying growth opportunities.
  • Become the go-to expert in your territory for your clients' sectors, providing valuable insights on complex decisions.
  • Proactively identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
  • Manage client expectations and communicate reasons for any project or timeline adjustments.
  • Collaborate with a team of customer success managers, account managers, operations, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Plan and align complex projects and strategic communications to achieve Lepaya's objectives.
