Als Teil unseres Teams suchen wir einen erfahrenen Human Resources Manager (m/w/d) mit dem Schwerpunkt Recruiting und Personalentwicklung. Der ideal Kandidat ist kommunikations- und organisationsstark, teamorientiert und verfügt über eine fundierte Kenntnis der Personalwirtschaft.

Die Aufgaben des Human Resources Managers umfassen:

  • Die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Recruiting-Strategien
  • Die Betreuung von Bewerberinnen und Bewerbern
  • Die Durchführung von Personalentwicklungsmaßnahmen
  • Die Analyse von Personal- und Organisationsdaten
