**Key Responsibilities:**
* Ensure ongoing ISO 27001 compliance by managing necessary controls and leading internal and external audits
* Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect company data and systems
* Manage incident response plans and coordinate with departments for effective resolution and post-incident analysis
* Develop and deliver security training programs to promote a culture of awareness and compliance
* Evaluate the security posture of third-party vendors and partners and ensure appropriate security controls and compliance requirements
* Stay updated on security trends and threats, and continuously improve our ISMS and security posture
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
* Professional certifications in IT with additional further training in information security
* 3+ years of experience in information security management
* Extensive knowledge of ISO 27001 standards and experience in certification maintenance
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German
* Strong understanding of risk management and incident response
