Job Description

**Technical Sales Engineer - Robotics Specialist**

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Engineer to join our team at Fuji Robotics Europe. As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our distributors and end-users in solving technical problems and providing expert advice on our robotics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Provide expert technical support to distributors and end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our robotics solutions.
  • Service Reporting: Compose detailed service reports, territory periodic service plans, and service forecasts to ensure seamless delivery of our services.
  • Technical Presentations: Plan and conduct technical presentations and trainings to educate customers and distributors on our robotics solutions.
  • Robotics Design and Development: Draw 2D Autocad layouts and perform capacity calculations with different robot models to help customers determine the best solution for their production line.
  • Software and PLC Programming: Read and modify software code (mainly C-based programs) and PLC programs as per customer layouts to ensure seamless integration with our robotics solutions.
  • Robot Check and Testing: Conduct robot checks at the first robot startup, including software installation, capacity checks, and electrical wiring checks to ensure our robots meet customer requirements.
  • Customer and Distributor Training: Organize and conduct customer and distributor trainings to educate them on robot installation, mechanical and electrical components, data transmission procedures, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Travel and On-Site Support: Travel to customer locations, both domestic and overseas, to provide on-site support and troubleshooting services for our robotics solutions.
  • Professional Development: Work within the technical team for the first 4-5 years and eventually move to a Sales and Business Development role in the future.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical knowledge of robotics and automation systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in software code (mainly C-based programs) and PLC programming.
