About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tech Analyst Relations Manager to join our Siemens Xcelerator team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for positioning Siemens and its offerings to a demanding audience of analysts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Positioning Siemens and Siemens Xcelerator: Develop and execute a comprehensive analyst relations program to enhance the company's reputation and influence within the industry.
  • Relationship Building and Management: Develop close, long-standing, fruitful, and meaningful relationships with key industry analysts.
  • Content Creation and Distribution: Create and distribute high-quality content to analysts, including research reports, whitepapers, and case studies.
  • Monitoring and Tracking: Stay on top of analyst requests and reports, and report outcomes and impact of outreach programs and marketing campaigns on a regular basis.
  • Best Practices Development: Develop and deploy analyst relations best practices for Siemens Xcelerator, industries, and countries through inquiry, briefing, events, and evaluations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience: Several years of experience in marketing, strategy, or communications roles in enterprise technology and/or service providers, and long-term experience in analyst relations preferred.
  • Audience Understanding: Good audience understanding to review and edit documents and messages prior to being sent out for public or broad viewing.
  • Interpersonal Influence: Demonstrate effective persuasion and influence skills communicating both externally and internally.
  • Speaking and Presentation: Demonstrate ability to present general business ideas, strategies, and results succinctly and persuasively.
  • Language: Fluent in business English is mandatory, any additional languages are a nice to have.
