Project Coordinator Installation Planning Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator Installation Planning to join our team at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics. As a key member of our Technical Customer Support Team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the installation of our diagnostic systems, from small systems to complex automated laboratory lines.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, including sales, service, finance, and logistics. You will have the chance to develop and improve our planning tools, ensuring seamless coordination with European and local teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage installation projects for complex laboratory systems, collaborating closely with customers and logistics partners.
  • Coordinate and improve our planning tools to meet European and local team requirements.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and installation.
  • Plan and align delivery and installation concepts with customers, internal stakeholders, and logistics.
  • Coordinate installation preparation and delivery dates with customers throughout the process.
Requirements
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage complex challenges.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with fluency in German and a good command of English.
  • Completed technical or commercial training or studies, ideally with 3 years of professional experience.
  • Previous experience in a technical service organization, preferably in the healthcare industry, is a plus.
