Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Einkaufsmanager to join our team at Siegfried. As a key member of our global Einkaufsteam, you will be responsible for creating and implementing Einkaufsstrategien to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality products to our customers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Einkaufsstrategien to optimize Beschaffungspreise and quality
  • Lead and manage Lieferantenbeziehungen, including Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen
  • Optimize Einkaufsprozesse and -systeme to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with the global Einkaufsteam to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement Kennzahlen, Auswertungen, Statistiken, and Aufbereitungen to support business decision-making
Requirements
  • Kaufmännisches Studium oder Ausbildung mit Zusatzqualifikation Schwerpunkt Einkauf
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Einkauf
  • Erste Führungserfahrung von Vorteil (Leadership-Skills)
  • Verhandlungsgeschick, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit, Flexibilität, Empathie
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • SAP- und MS-Office Kenntnisse von Vorteil
